Exogenous Ketone Pro MCT Powder 250 g | The Purest C8 Ester Ketone Cream Powder, Ideal for Coffee | Suitable for Paleo & Vegan Diet | Gluten and Palm Oil Free | Pure Caprylic Acid

As a researcher I find this allows me to maintain high level concentration for several hours. It's like a superfood for the brain - which I understand is what ketones do. I imagine the conversion rate from C8 to ketones is high? It works. This particular brand is also nearly absent in tasting of coconut, and dissolves better in coffee than any other creamer I have had.

Ideal for bullet proof coffee.

I take this with black coffee on an empty stomach first thing in the morning before I go to the gym. Resistance training feels easier, able to lift heavier weights. Haven’t had any issues with loose bowels as some people say they have. Works for me.

Always appreciate Richard smith, this powder gives a nice taste to my coffee but doesn’t dissolve that well in coffee like I have heard Richard himself say it would. I think it was just a bad batch. Will order again. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

This is incredibly good. For those who use this as part of their Keto plan, this is spot on. It does the vital job of providing ketones for the brain and necessary C8 fat load to ensure coping with the shorter intamitant fasting between last meal and next day 1st meal. Brilliant in bulletproof coffee plus cream. Something I didn't think I could manage. But the MCT pure coconut dried oil based powder is very effective. Easy to mix in with hot drinks or over main meal this has little to no taste, but enables a palatable characteristic with stronger tasting consumables. Glad I got this instead of going through a string of oily versions, of which my sensitive stomach would not be able to handle.
