I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with this company. This product popped up while I was investigating online options to search allergies and intolerances. I always have so many questions and curiosities about what I should or shouldn’t be eating and have not had much luck with doctors allergy tests. This test was very simple and provided very quick results. All you have to do is send a hair sample and wait a few days. My results provided dietary items to avoid listed in green/ yellow/ and red as to warn me against the severity. In addition to diet, this test also provides environmental intolerences such as plants and dust, as well as minerals you might be defecient in. In the ongoing quest to become the healthiest version of myself, this test has put me leaps ahead of where I was before (in the dark). Furthermore, this companies customer service is top notch. I am one to have way to many questions about things with my ever curious brain, and every email I sent was answered back thoroughly within the same day, and sometimes immediately. Extensive information with so many items tested!! Seemed to receive results fast which was good. I disliked how the test results came though some of it is a bit confusing even after reading faqs and watching video. Why are there items in food that would never be ingested anyways? Ie: chicken droppings. Great at helping with skin issues in our LO.

I initially bought two tests that I thought were different, but a customer service rep reached out to me to let me know that were very similar and asked if I would like a refund for one of them or to substitute the test for something else that covered things not included on my initial order. I found this to be so honest and refreshing. I was very grateful to hear from them on the front end and I substituted a test. My test results were fast and easy to decipher. Having the app is a really nice bonus as well. Would recommend this company to others!

Was excited to try this. Multiple foods that have never bothered me showed as "RED" and there were lots of contradicting results. "Oats" are RED but "Oat milk" is fine? "Lactose" is RED but "Cows milk" is fine? I am extremely allergic to horses and dog saliva but the results came back as fine too. I excepted some surprises but every single protein except for beef came back as red. There must be some mistake.

I am a healthy eater, vitamin-taker, walker & swimmer. I am also 68 years old w/severe constipation going on 5 years now. Eliminate food groups/add food groups/4 gastro doctors/2 surgeries....and STILL having trouble. Friend suggested trying a home-test. Careful research & I picked this one. OMG favorites like tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, garlic = NO NO NO. I currently am trying it 'Their Way" and I CAN feel a difference after only a week. I had absolutely no amino acids in my system! 4 stars because it is hard to read.
