I have been taking this to help with my iron levels. I have seen some improvement since I started it so I think it’s actually working. I take it with orange and also add beetroot powder.

This organic blue spirulina is delicious and such a beautiful color. It is fun to use to create beautiful nutritional desserts like cupcake icing, cookies, ice cream, and date balls. It also is great to add to cashew butter or macadamia nut butter.

One month of use, and I am sleeping 6-8 hours overnight for the first time in five years. Very pleased!!! This spirulina seems to be doing great things for me. Experimented with it over salad and sprinkled over shrimp and steak, other things. Best is in my morning smoothie. Like the wide-mouth container. Makes it easy to use. This product mixes well in most things. I will be purchasing again. and highly recommend this clean, healthy version of spirulina.Update:Six weeks of use and the improvements continue. Scalp psiorasis is clearing. It's been a problem for six years and expensive medicines and shampoos only "improved" it; but a new outbreak was always near. Now it is absolutely clearing. My scalp is getting healthy again, my hair is no longer thinning but is regrowing stronger and healthier. This Spirulina has been a God-send for me and my body.
