PLump moist & sweet--ignore the dark color
Frankly, the color of these very naturally-dried apricots is dark & perhaps unappealing. That said, they're plump, moist & soft to eat. Many are large-enough that you can bite one in half, & have two enjoyable pieces to chew. I've bought these Terrasoul natural apricots several times. This is an excellent product. After opening the self-sealing bag, I keep them in the larder in an airtight container. They stay fresh & moist for many weeks. It's worrying that all the brilliant yellow/orange apricots are made that way by staining them with sulphur. I like this Terrasoul brand, & really enjoy these apricots. I'm getting used to the dark color by reminding myself that these are sulphur-free, & that's what matters.

Overall, a high-quality purchase made for health maintenance
I learn from online sources that sun-dried fruits being unsulphured is the best for the consumer. I am mostly happy with the quality of the dried apricots - most are "plump" with moisture & very sweet, with a few smaller dried-out ones within. However because of the nutritional content, taking a few a day, this purchase (for me) is worth the higher-cost.

Burnt taste
Been ordering these for months at 40 dollars the last order received all taste burnt. We order a lot of dried fruit and nuts from terrasoul . They need to do better

Organic apricots - healthy in many ways
Organic apricots - healthy in many ways. Having purchased these apricots several times I can say they are deserving of a high rating. Besides being organic which is a benefit in itself they are moist, soft and taste just like the sulfured ones you normally may purchase. The lack of being sulfured is the reason they appear dark in color which may be a slight turnoff for some consumers but the absence of sulfur is a plus. The other healthy aspect of apricots is the high iron content which is very beneficial for anyone needing a boost in daily iron intake while enjoying a positive and tasty treat.

Unsulphured apricots recently became unavailable at our markets . ... no clue why. These are a worthy replacement, similarly priced. Great flavor and texture. will continue to order.

These dried apricots are very delicious and worth the money they make good apricot water and they are a very good on the go snack.
