These are awful. I used one today and the clip either wouldn't stay in, or pinged off midway. It was really difficult to use the slow-release as well. Cheap and tacky. A waste of money, I would prefer to return them and get my money refunded.

These are awesome , after trying numerous blood flow restriction bands and tourniquets for occlusion training , i have to say these are the best and far more easier than all the others to put on and take off and the pumps you get when using these is insane , so if you're a lifter and looking for a new way to shock and hit the muscles then don't let these go bye , get them and see for yourself .

Easy to use, does the job however after some use release button stiffens up. Good value for money

Great value multi pack. Longevity to be worked out, but all good after 1 month of busy clinics and community visits.

Perfect for work where tourniquets seem to go walkies. Keep in my bag. Nice easy release mechanism. I notice some people are saying it's a bit awkward using one hand but if you clip it in a large loop before slipping your arm through and then pull you shouldn't have any problems and the tourniquet can hold a cotton wool ball in place to help stop bleeding. Just the same as ones bought from medical supplies
