The lock nut can slide the whole distance of the cable, so be sure it is oriented correctly when trying to secure it. Other than that it worked great. Fit our paper luggage tags and never came off.

These are excellent. The plastic is thick. The metal cable ties are strong. They hold the Royal Caribbean's luggage tags perfectly. We bought ours several years ago. We just went on another RC cruise last week with my kids, and bought 8 more for them.

This tag holder is feels very sturdy and has a zip locking system that keeps your paper room tag inside, dry and free from tearing, fading or falling off. The see through tag holder has a metal ring built in at the top that allows you to connect to your luggage via the included metal locking cable that screws together. This design if perfect for allowing you to put on and take off at your convenience. The cable seems sturdy enough to handle any stress put on it, and even if the locking part of it were to become a little lose, it would take a purposeful act to remove it. So no worries about it randomly falling off or becoming damaged! Not to mention, it just looks dang professional and makes you look organized! I have a large family and purchase items almost daily from Amazon, and I have to admit that this simple product has brought me a lot of joy and taken away one less thing to worry about ! The product is very good - the cruise luggage tags are very solid (the materials are sturdy). I have confidence in the product. It is helpful that the seller provided the product dimensions. We are going on a Celebrity Cruises cruise (not a Royal Caribbean cruise) and the luggage tags meet our needs. They ate kind of universal.
