Is it possible to purchase more hooks separately?

I don't see why you couldn't buy more hooks separately. It comes with a lot. I use 3 in each row, instead of the 2 in each row as pictured, plus I have extra hooks left over as well

Do the hooks stay on well during outdoor fairs?

Yes they do, at least mine has and I have done a few indoor/outdoor craft fairs and never had a problem with the hooks coming loose. They fit quite snug.

How many earring cards can you fit on each hook?
