This is real coffee. I always hated instant coffee, the flavor was never "real". But this is fabulous. Satisfying flavor, smooth and the extra nutritional aspects of the mushrooms has made this my daily morning healthy drink. The mushrooms have made significant changes in my overall health. I have been using this brand for over 2 years because it is the best I have tried, and the mushroom supplement is all mushroom. NOT myceliated.

PELLA MUSHROOM coffee blend Update, hubby has more energy and has lost weight, this is his 2nd bag and he still has some left in the first one. He’s been drinking 2-3 normal size cups a day and he really enjoys the taste. Yummy!!! Hubby wanted to try a Mushroom coffee for health benefits with the Reishi, Chaga, Lions Mane and Turkey Tail mushrooms especially! This PELLA Mushroom coffee blend checked all those mushrooms and a few more. This blend of organic Arabica coffee and organic proprietary Mushrooms Blend. It has 80-100 mg caffeine per cup. This bag has 60 servings at 1 scoop per 8 ounces of hot water and can be iced coffee. Hubby mixes a cup and the Aroma was amazingly different than any coffee I had smelled, a deep lightly burnt earthy nut smell and tasting black was pretty dang good! I do not like regular coffee without a lot of cream and sugar, so for me to say it was tasty good black (I am very very picky eater) it must be pretty amazing!! The coffee bag says hints of nuts and Carmel. It’s Made in the U.S.A with organic Arabica Coffee sourced from Brazilian Farms. Definitely a great Mushroom coffee, great tasting, great value!!! I suggest you try a bag!! We have bought 3 now, it is yummy!

This coffee has a very nice flavor. It is not too strong but not weak either. I also think it is a good price for the amount you get compared to some of the other brands. I enjoy the taste and the variety of mushrooms gives it a very nice blend. You can adjust it to your liking by adding a big scoop or a smaller scoop. I have tried other mushroom coffee's and this one is my favorite.

I have repurchased this several times, and will continue to do so! It is so incredibly convenient, in terms of both a quick caffeine pick-me-up and in terms of added health benefits. It is strong enough to only need one scoop per 8 oz. mug, which really helps extend the life of the product. It also mixes well with other additives too, like other mushroom extracts, chocolate/maca, or collagen. I love this stuff so much! It is an affordable price and even my teenage daughter (who just started drinking coffee) cannot live without it. I do like the KOS brand too, but the Pella tastes even better (IMHO), and is more affordable. The taste is somewhat unique and nutty (in a good way), but still satisfies that midday coffee craving, and thankfully has ZERO sickly sweet aftertaste which is far too common in these type mixes. Tl;Dr: no complaints, only compliments for this healthy "holy grail" instant coffee ☕.

It is not the worst instant coffee I've had, but I will not be buying it again and may not be able to finish this bag. It does dissolve nicely and doesn't leave a lot of grit and residue. It is VERY bitter. Coffee bitter though and not mushroom dirt bitter. It basically tastes like a cup of bad coffee. I did have to wash my mug and have a cup of my preferred coffee after finishing this cup. I usually drink my coffee black and even after adding oat milk it tastes like very bitter, over roasted black coffee.

Love the rich, coffee like taste and that it dissolves easily. Although it does contain some caffeine, it doesn’t make me jittery.

I have tried several mushroom coffees, and I keep coming back to this one. Mixes well with hot, or cold water, very smooth, and creamy, no grit at the bottom of the cup, and the taste is perfect! The energy I have lasts longer, than with regular coffee, and I don’t crash mid-day. I have also noticed better sleep, better mood, better focus. Definitely give it a shot!
