The Heart Pendant fell off within the first 2 days of use and without it being on, the zipper is really hard to open and close and sometimes it gets stuck. But overall its OKAY I wouldn't buy it for a gift because of the whole zipper problem but once you get behind that its a pretty solid wallet.
