Do these batteries allow for the full high speed shooting mode? (small green icon on canon r6)

I don’t have an r6 but I do have the r5. On the r5 it allows be to do everything including the 20 shots per second at 45 mp dp raw and do 8k30 recording. I can’t comment on 8k60 because I don't have the external atmos screen, but I would assume if it lets me run full open on the r5 it should let you run full open on the r6.

how many shots for a full charge?

Didn’t count how many shots but seemed to drain WAY faster than Canon OEM battery. Seemed on par with regular LP-E6N batteries, not high capacity.

Can this battery be charged in the camera like the stock one?

Yes it can. These battery work just like the factory canon batteries. Quality of battery's can change across manufacturers but usually a battery is a battery as long as they don't have smart functionality like DJI Drone batteries.
