Great bulbs, but 2 out of 32 were defective. Amazon wanted me to return 14 of them after installing 30 bulbs. Had to argue (escalated to supervisor) via chat to simply get credited for 2 bulbs. 6% defective rate seems reasonable versus my experience with similar bulbs. Happy with the bulbs overall.

I put these in my kitchen and replaced my compact fluorescent bulbs that were a warmer color. My kitchen looks completely different and feels larger. Unfortunately, now I can see the wood on one of my doors is different than the others, but I guess I'm just going to have to fix that later.

Love these lights, be warned they are very bright and probably not the best option for light in a living room. But if you want more light in a closet, garage or shed these are the best.

Needed to replace all the can lighting in a new home....these were perfect, a great value and have a few left over for the future if needed...

Update-3-1-18 Kudos to Amazon, contacted them regarding the defective bulbs. Within the hour I heard back from them and they are shipping out the replacements. Amazon has stood by what they sell, and if it happens to be bad, so far they have resolved the issue.Update- 3-1-18 Now I have 4 bulbs that have gone out after minimal use. That's %25, so the good price isn't turning out to be so good anymore. Going to contact Amazon. Will update further.Update- 1-9-18 Already one bulb has gone out after maybe 10 to 15 hrs of use in a bedroom lamp. If I start to loose more, I will contact to see if they honor the warranty. Or if the hassle is even worth it.Outstanding value and performance. I really cant believe i'm writing a review to say how much I really like these light bulbs. But they deserve to have the review. I think I will order some more for my kids.Brightness far exceeded my expectations. Just as bright a 100 watt incandescent bulb. Yet their is no eye fatigue. The color 5000k is right on the money. Beautiful white soothing yet clean appearance. Cant believe I didn't make the switch before now.In short this is a honest review. If something exceeds my expectations, they deserve the credit. Just as when a company fails, they deserve the honest negative feedback.Anyways, well done on this one Philips.

Amazing but, as soon as they arrive price went up $7. Why?... they are very bright but will not buy again at new price
