Con-Tact Brand Clear Covering Self-Adhesive Privacy Film and Liner, 18-Inches by 60-Feet, Clear Matte

The roll is HUGE. I've relined almost all of my kitchen, which was a pain. Something to tell you tho - the writing on the back is extensive. I'd prefer to have the company name, logo or whatever and then lines so I can cut clean without trying to figure out where the heck I was. In addition, if you peel off the back, the paper tends to rip if you don't peel it straight back. Getting those little paper pieces off ticked me off but it still works great. But please, clean before you try to get this to stick. It's not super sticky. If it's not perfectly clean, you'll have pieces that stick up...

I purchased this because I needed to laminate about 70 paperback books. I also purchased the Kittrich clear adhesive also, not knowing which would be better. Both this and the Kittrich adhesive are very easy to work with, and stick very well. You can reposition the adhesive as you are covering the books if you make a mistake. The adhesive shows no signs of coming up, but it has only been about a month since initially covering the books. I am very impressed with this adhesive. I like this Con-tact brand adhesive better than the Kitterich adhesive simply because it is more transparent. They both work the same, but the Kitterich dulls the covers of the books a bit (not much), but this does not. I am very happy with both of these adhesives, but would recommend this over the Kitterich brand because of it's transparency.

I used my own damn money to buy this.I was not given a free sample/a steep discount.So far I've used it to make my bathroom window opaque for some privacy, dim some bright LED number displays on some things around my bedroom to make it easier to sleep,and put it over a sticky metal rack in my closet so my stuff wouldn't get sticky.It's surprisingly versatile and has done each task beautifully.Overall,I am glad I bought this.

I used it for a project with children, ages 7-18, as "dream catchers" and it was perfect and easy. Just cut and length, peeled back half, had the kids put flat objects: flowers, grasses, tissue paper, glitter, stickers, etc. on that side, then removed rest of backing, folded it onto itself, punched two holes at top and threaded cord thru holes and around a twig used as a hanging bar. Came out perfectly each time and the kids were thrilled with them.

This is the best product of its kind that I have used. However, there are some surfaces that it will not stick to well and peels back. But it certainly out does the competition.

This protects my posters and decorations on my classroom door. If you want to re- use items try to get them laminated first. If you can't get the item laminated, then you put this over to protect your papers, posters, and decorations. I bought the large one so that I have a large stash.This is definitely a good investment.

I'm using this paper to line the shelves in my new cabinets. I had it in my old cabinets and it worked well to protect the shelves and my dishes.
