yes, it says PVC and the id od measurements 5/16 x 7/16 but thats it. FDA requires it to say FOOD GRADE if it is ok for food and animal and human and garden use, etc. THIS IS NOT FOOD GRADE and it stinks like chemicals and all the wrappings say is MADE IN CHINA. I am demanding a refund, and probably lost half my maple syrup harvest. Proceed at your own hi risk.

Yes, it is made in CHINA ........... And it smells like it too...bad chemical smell.
