Excellent choice

I got this set for my 6 year old grandson. He loves it! The clubs and bag seem to be of good quality and are sturdy enough for a young hacker to bang around without breaking. The clubs aren't toys - they're functional clubs. The bag and clubs are light enough for a small child to carry around with no problem. Perfect for a beginning child golfer. The only issue I have found is that the backpack straps don't stay adjusted - they slip. But you can simply adjust them and tie a knot with the extra stap length and it holds just fine. I'll remind him of his first set of clubs when he's prepping for his first PGA tourny.

This is a great starter golf set, especially for those just trying out the game. My son has used it for three summers, playing casually about once a week, and overall it’s been a solid investment. The standout is definitely the bag—it’s well-designed, lightweight, and the built-in legs are a big plus. Honestly, much of the value comes from the bag alone. However, as others have mentioned, the driver is a weak point. The head came off after around 20 rounds, which was disappointing given the light use. The clubs also scratch easily, likely due to the lightweight material. Grips aren’t the best either—on one or two clubs, the rubber shifts around during play. That said, for anyone looking to test out golf without a huge commitment, I recommend this set.

I purchased this set a few years ago for my oldest grandson. I was so happy with the set that I have now purchased another set for grandson number two. It’s a good first set for aspiring golfers.

Beautiful clubs/sturdy! - delivered quickly. Unfortunately too small for my player. Sizing on-line said ages 9-12. Would be helpful if club length was added to description. Ages 9-12 was misleading. Return was accepted without question.
