Kaged Muscle Pre-Kaged Sport, Fruit Punch - 272g

Kaged has been around a long while. One of the old school brands that persists today, and I'm happy to see it. Taste is a little strong, but great. Probably the best tasting pre workout I've ever had. Mixes well, mostly jitter-free. Unfortunately, I've experienced hit and miss energy with it. If you're a little tired, don't expect this to wake you up like a dozen cups of coffee. If you're well rested, it's about perfect. When it's working well, I have the best workouts. Clarity, focus, weights feel light as a feather. I simply LOVE this stuff on those days. With my life's hectic third shift, Tuesday through Saturday schedule, I don't have the luxury of quality rest every day. When I'm tired, Kaged falls short. It'll give me just enough pump to get out the door and it's out of my system already. I tried using two scoops in those times, but it wasn't enough. Maybe I should try a high stim pre for my laggy days.

Super honest review! I received this product overnight as promised — thank you! I definitely felt the jolt. I prepped about 30 minutes before my HIIT class and it was fantastic. I followed the recommended directions, pushed hard during my workout, and still felt great afterward. I took it at 4:30 PM; class was from 5:15–6:15 PM. By around 7:45 PM, I was totally tired (in a good way). I’m used to drinking coffee during the day and even at night, but if you’re not used to a caffeine kick, I’d recommend starting with less than one scoop. The only downer was the taste - tasted like the faked sugar drinks - which is blah. My product is the fruit punch. 1 star less for this. PS no issue found in package, easy to dissolve - which people reported.

Definitely worth the cost! I felt so much energy when working out. Just make sure you drink plenty of water as I felt tingly and my feet and palms of my hand were itching. It subsided after about 30 minutes.

I love this stuff. Over everything I’ve tried I find this to be the perfect pre workout drink. It gives me energy but I don’t feel cracked or jittery. And it’s hydrating. Definitely does the job.

I am a huge fan of Kaged protein so I figured I would give the preworkout a try. It got the job done and mixed well. Felt focused and motivated at my 4:00 AM workouts. Not a huge fan of the taste (fruit punch). Will be going back to my normal go to for pre.
