Happiest with this preworkout
I use the fruit punch flavor specifically. I mix it with one scoop of creatine monohydrate and one 16.9 oz bottle of water. As a disclaimer one doesn’t really need to mix creatine but I do it to be consistent with taking it daily. I only use this mix once a day. The preworkout had helped me in two ways. First as a preworkout I have had increases in repetition - not strength as I don’t lift more than ten pounds per dumbbell exercise. The second way Kaged has helped me is in everyday activity. As a father of two kids under age 2 I cannot be tired or take a nap in the morning or afternoon. So once I take my drink I am very active and able to keep up if I feel fatigued. Additional positives are the flavor is yummy and it dissolves well. I have used Amino Energy, C4, and Lit before but Kaged was superior to them all. The only negative side effect is sometimes I feel my heart beating over. I do not see myself considering alternatives in the future. Current measurements 5 ft 5, 102 lb, male. Pronouns he/him

Everything but the taste.
I am a huge fan of Kaged protein so I figured I would give the preworkout a try. It got the job done and mixed well. Felt focused and motivated at my 4:00 AM workouts. Not a huge fan of the taste (fruit punch). Will be going back to my normal go to for pre.
