I believe it’s a good Africa organic medicine, if you like to take things that a bitter, it will definitely be for you and you will get the results for sure. So give it a try and see.

The recommended dosage for raw powder is 600 mg and this is a 50:1 extract! 600 mg made feel sick, nauseated, headache, insomnia and well, very freaking horney. Not the most pleasant combination. Even cutting the dose down by half to 300mg makes me feel nearly all of the above and weak. Much smaller doses provide better and manageable effects. Try 50-100 mg, keep in mind 50 mg of this extract is 600 mg of raw which is what Andrew Huberman recommends. My only complaint here is the insanely high recommended dosage on the package which gave me really unpleasant effects where I had to experiment myself to see what works. This stuff made me bedridden for days following the package instructions. On the positive side this one bag should be lasting me a VERY long time now that I've got a better grasp of the potency and dosage.

There was a lot of people that commented on how bad this taste. But me being a Man i was like ill take it down i dont care. Well the comments understate how bad it is, this stuff is nasty. And to make it worse its not water soluble, it just turn into a glob when it hits the water. Which is kind of a good thing because you can put it in a little water and just choke it down. Having said all that it is what they say it is and does the job so i kind of want to give it more stars. They need to put this in capsoles to make it 5 stars.
