Really nice quality pumice; very clean, not a lot of dust...none really so far.Good size for most uses. I use mine to lighten up and improve the drainage ability of potting soils (like Promix and similar) that often come too dense, or with too much "wetting agent," and that would harbor pathogens, and potentially soil dwelling pests if not lightened up with pumice or perlite.(I prefer pumice to perlite, for both indoor and outdoor use, so when seedlings are transplanted to outside garden, the pumice remains at the intended depth, and does not float to surface as perlite is inclined to do, over time).I only wish this pumice was more affordable and was offered more cost effectively in larger packages.Great product, awesome quality, perfect size...just wish it were more affordable, and I would buy more!

Pumice will increase aeration of your houseplant soil. Unlike the more widely available perlite used for the same purpose, it doesn’t float to the top when you water. The pieces are also bigger (4–5 times bigger than the tiny bits of perlite), so it makes a chunkier soil mixture, which helps make aeration even more effective.It also makes a nice top layer on your succulents. The color is a pale gray, which I think is a nice look. But if you’re looking for a purer white color, as many are, this might not be right for you.

This is actually my second purchase of pumice from SuperFly (I bought a bigger bag this time too). It's a great amendment to big box store "cactus soil" that is usually wayyy too dense. It comes clean with various sizes, perfect for helping soil stay aerated and well draining. It's better than perlite in my opinion, especially since the last little bit of perlite in bags I've had is just dust. This pumice always comes bone dry and has various sizes throughout, even at the bottom!

It is a great medium for my lithops and succulents. I didn't realize it needed to be rinsed first. So, I suggest rinsing and letting it dry before using.

Excellent pumice, used it for drainage & for layering as a top layer in pots to give a clean modern look to succulents, palms, etc. I managed to get 3 larger 10in pots and smaller 2-6in pots topped up with this bag! Really nice small white/gray size stones.

The only problem I had is I didn’t order enough lol. The size is perfect and very little dust. Going to order more. Highly recommend. Oh it comes in a ziplock package too for convenience.

Used as a topper and as a soil amendment for my succulents and cacti. Looks wonderful and does it's job. Not too much breakage or dust at the bottom of the bag when I finished it up.

Bigger than I thought. A little goes a long way. So much better than the perlite I was using that seems to blow everywhere. Will definitely buy again.
