I wish the sas controller cards came with these instead of sata connecters.

Cables work great
When I ordered a new HBA card I didn't realize that the new card used a newer type of mini SAS cable. I ordered 3 of these cables admittedly because they were the only ones that offered 2 day shipping. Cables were packaged well and much to my relief connected all 12 of my drives just fine.

Works with SAS HBA and drives
This was exactly what I needed to get my 4 SAS SSD's connected in my truenas server, drives showed up as expected and run great, the IOPs are insane with SAS 12gbs, great for what I needed it for.

Not 29 pin. Does not work with SAS HDDs.
This cable claimed to be 29 pin but it was not. SAS HDDs require the middle pins which you can see is missing from the picture.

Slightly cheap wiring but does its job so I can't complain to much will update later if there is any issue transferring data.

Not as pictured. the smaller sas end in the picture is the only connector on all ends.. the larger connectors shown in the picture are non-existent.
