I love it. It is still quite noisy but quieter than my last kettle, but boiled quickly and looks good. Narrower base than my last kettle, so takes up slightly less room. The cable, annoyingly, is really short, but that seems to be a thing on all new kitchen appliances. Fine if the plug socket is right next to the kettle, which mine isn't. Still, great kettle and I feel better heating my brews in glass.

Bought this to replace a similar kettle that had begun to leak.On paper this kettle is perfect, certainly for health and safety.In reality, it’s bigger than expected (probably heavy when completely full, but I’ve not had that need so far).But the lid is my big bug-bear.It’s stiff. You press the button and it barely opens without being lifted - which is dangerous if it’s hot.The lid doesn't open far, so it’s awkward to fill, and it doesn’t come off completely.The filter seems too big for the space it occupies and gets in the way when opening & closing, but as it’s stainless steel I wouldn't be removing it anyway - it’s part of the reason I bought the kettle - no plastics in contact with the water.I want to love it, on health grounds, just needs a little few adjustments to make a perfect kettle.

Makes a good refreshing cup of tea! One of the few kettles that does not taste of plastic caused by contact with boiling water. It’s quick to boil and not too noisy.We had some difficulty initially with a faulty item that didn’t pour too well due to a misalignment with the filter. We were able to have it replaced after providing photographs and video evidence. Customer services were always very friendly and polite.

We bought a pair of these, one for each end of the kitchen, in July 2024. First one, and then the other, developed a fault with the switch, so that they at first only turned on after a few clicks of the switch, then finally stopped altogether. Cosori handled the complaint very well and after I had sent in videos of the fault they replaced both kettles. Now, still less than a year after purchase one of the replacements has stopped working, the other has started with the intermittent fault. It's the end of the road and Cosori have now issued a refund. I asked for the name and contact details of the company MD as I'd have liked him to be aware of the issue but apparently he/she wishes to remain anonymous. I will think twice before ever buying Cosori again.
