Where do I start with these?I know. These are absolute crap and you should not waste any money on these!I have a Steam Deck and unfortunately I noticed that the left stick was scraping against the housing causing the stick to look a bit grubby as the housing and stick were wearing each other down. I originally bought some o-rings but these were quite thick and eventually started to make annoying squeaking noises when rubbing against the housing.Research took me to these protectors. They’re very expensive at £8 for 10 but I figured it would be worth it in the long run. How wrong was I?These rings are stretchable but they do not spring back. The first one nearly split when stretched just beyond the thumb pad to get it positioned. The next couple didn’t split but remained loose and baggy. They did not snap back to shape.In use, due to the looseness they ride up and are simple not fit for purpose! Granted, maybe I have a faulty set but, as it is, these are simply awful. I cannot stress this enough. Do not part with your hard earned. Do not buy these. Don’t even look at them. Look elsewhere for your joystick needs.

Although way too expensive for what they are - a bunch of small thin white elastic bands - they do work. The pack I received fitted over the joystick thumb pad fine, and after a bit of fiddling to ensure the bands were flat and not folded over themselves, installation was complete.Elasticity remained intact after being stretched over the thumbpads and they have not become loose, staying firmly in position. I know other reviews had problems with the bands not retaining their elasticity but in my case I didn't have a faulty batch and they work perfectly.Note - the picture shows my right thumbstick with 3rd party thumbgrip after the band was installed - the thumbgrip was taken off before installing the band.

Joysticks on my deck were getting dinged up by the chassis and which made moving the joysticks feel gritty.these little rubber bands are perfect to get rig of that problem, they are perfectly colour matched to the joystick and they make the joysticks quieter too as a bonus if you use your deck in quiet places.

Works great, feels good unless you make sweeping rotations along the outer edge which, obviously now have a lot more friction. Don't notice it unless I go out of my way.

Cumplen su funcion?? SIno sé cuanto tiempo durarán ya que son muy finas pero por ahora aguantan... me parecen carísimas para ser un par de trozos de goma pero no vi mas opciones y lo cierto es que a mi steam deck se le estaba empezando a desgastar por rozadura el joystick izquierdo. Ahora está protegido y no molestan al jugar ni nada. Tampoco se aprecian visualmente. Estan bien pero como dije me parecen caras.
