I used my regular size. I didn’t have to go any size higher or lower

I don't recommend them for winter. An Insulated boot is what you need. This boots are waterproof and composite toe cap meaning that they don’t get cold in the toe but at the very end they are not made for winter unless you wear a different sock. They run true to size, very comfortable and durable
