My doctor recommended that I take this folic Acid vitamin c I was low and I needed to get it up before I had surgery ! And when I went in for my 4 month checkup, everything was good. It was back up so they recommended. I just stay on it, so I take one pill. Daily, every time at lunchtime and it works, so it's a good thing for me. I recommend this if you need to take it because the good vitamin source.

This product arrived on time and intact. I would have given it 5 stars, but the pills weren't quite as small as I believed, from the graphic. But still very usable, and I will continue to order them.
