Yes. The paint didn't add any odor. Just feel free to use.

For lighter aplication canyou add water to thin them out?

NO. It's oil based paint and add water will not work. It's okay to get lighter colors by adding tiny white when use it. Or maybe you can try to apply with a sponge to make it lighter.

Can i use this as eyeliner

Yes. It's oil based waterproof formula. Its creamy texture make it easily to finish line work, base work, blending and layering. For a longer lasting effect, we highly recommend setting with a setting powder.
