It's really nice but came watery, had to put in fridge to firm up, feels really good on skin

The face masks leaks and the box it came it was damp and soft when I touched it and it did it roll onto my face it just leaked it gave a little spots the next morning do not buy x

I had really high hopes for this.When it arrived the box seemed a little damp, like maybe from oils, but when I opened the product it looked fine.However it's actually got a really deceptive clear cap on top of the stick.When I realised and remove this, the 'stick' was more like melted ice-cream consistency and leaked everywhere. It's all seeping out of the bottom of the tube and everything.I've checked all the packaging and no where does it say it needs to be refrigerated, but I'd definitely suggest leaving it in the fridge for a few days.

Im a bit disappointed. It came in pieces. Now am i supposed to take it all out to apply or put it back together to use it? 🤣Smaller than i thought, height of my pointy finger. Has a nice cherry yoghurt fragrance.

Water coming out of stick and screw is very loose. Need some help with using it.

It came melted and did not dry. It also did not work so I had to use a spoon to get it out. There was not that much content in side the container.

I bought this, because I’m a fan of their rose water. However, when I opened it, under the plastic protector m, it was completely runny. It arrived December 8th, in a freezing Ireland. So it definitely was not weather related. I left it in the cold bathroom overnight, to maybe try and solidify it, but there just seems to be way more water in the formula than should be. It’s just a total mess and I am very disappointed in the product all in all, because that is their catchphrase on the bottle: mess free. It is the messiest product I ever tried. Will not be buying again
