At some point the kickstand attachment fell out and I can't find it. Is there any way to buy just the kickstand?

Does this have a cover for front / front screen protector

No, I wanted full, easy access to the front screen...for viewing or typing. But, the edges of the cover are slightly raised, so that when placed face down on a flat surface, the screen does not contact the surface. However, I added a zagg glass protector. No problems so far.
