Sticky. Goes on and stays sticky.
I was hopeful this would help with pain but it is so sticky I can't stand it on my skin sticking to clothes or sheets. Put a small amount like a teaspoon on my elbow and my arm stuck to the fitted sheet! Really frustrating. I had to wash it off both times I tried it. Hubby likes it more than I do but doesn't have sensory issues like I do with anything sticky. If you can handle being sticky it might work for you. It doesn't have a fragrance which is nice.

Love this! Not greasy, rubs in easily and works great. If I get a muscle cramp I grab this and it's gone in seconds.

Nice, smooth creme; a little goes a long way. Amount in container short on product
Using this magnesium cream for leg cramps at night. Unable to enjoy an Epsom salt bath as often so have been using this. Great substitute and have only been using for àbout 10 days. Have used it on my lower back and hip for scyatica and has been some what effective for this. Only drawback is that when I received my container it was just a little over 1/2 full. For the price, did not expect to only receive this amount, at least the container should be full. May purchase again as does help with my painful leg cramps.
