I grabbed the Jacked Factory Pumpsurge Caffeine Free Pre Workout to take with me on days I didn’t want caffeine but still wanted performance and focus, and it’s been awesome. First off: no jitters, no crash, no caffeine buzz; just clean energy and a real boost in gym performance. The pump is noticeable without feeling artificial, and I definitely hit my sets with more intensity on training days. The focus and mind-muscle connection is surprisingly sharp for a stim-free formula, big help when I’m dialed into heavy lifts or longer sessions. Great stim free pre workout w/ slight hiccup
I love this however I got it to not raise my blood pressure and it actually does every few times. Had it over 200 at one point but it works just as good as stemmed pre workout

Made my kidneys hurt.
First off the flavor is so sour its hard to drink. But most importantly it has given me kidney pain the day after I drink it every time now. I followed by drinking tons of water all day to try to prevent the pain and it did not help. Same pain as kidney stones. Cant continue to use it. Worked great in energy that didnt leave me jittery. But useless if im in pain the whole next day or so.
