SUNKISS TrustPlus Overnight Adult Diapers with Tabs, Unisex, M, 12 Count

These diapers are amazing. Have bought many of this brand before leaving our opinions and thoughts. We have been through around five or six packs of this brand and style.This is our first review of this brand. Got these for my boyfriend. He always likes plastic back but he tried these and this is all he wants now. He is 150 pounds and about 5 ft 10. Waist is about 34-36. Large fits perfect. This is cloth but the texture reminds us of pampers diapers. It really is just like a cloth baby diaper. Not as thick as the masterpiece diaper but it really feels thick and slightly no to little noise. You know you’re in a diaper. He’s a DL and likes wearing for the aesthetics and comfort. It does help with anxiety and stress. These will not disappoint you.

Very absorbent and fit will when lying down. Unfortunately, when walking around the diaper does fall. We tried two different sizes and they still fell down while walking

I take care of my husband who is bed riddle total incontinence post Radical prostategtomy.I have tried so many Diaper,very unhappy. UNTIL I try Sunkist XL -DIAPER.I am very happy lt last whole night no leak.I highly recommend Sunkist Diaper.

These are a fantastic daytime use diapers for somebody who needs a more absorbent product. The only thing I wish it had and hopefully they will change is add a plastic landing zone with sticky tape for the tabs. Then it will be the ultimate daytime diaper. I use masterpiece at night so I can't tell you how these work for the nighttime use.

The med size I received is so huge ! And I went by the sizing chart, And I think the design is awful! And they shouldn’t call it an adult diaper cause that can embarrass people that have to wear extra protection even temporarily and some people may not purchase product because of labeling them diapers so to avoid embarrassment. This was my experience and opinion with this product but may not be yours. Hope this review helps

I bought these for my daughter who weighs about 60 lbs. They fit her well and are super absorbent.

I ordered these to use because my normal products were on backorder. These are "okay." They're comfortable to wear and definitely better than using in-store brands, but they have some flaws. I've experienced quite a few leaks using these with surges or using it while already saturated; I don't know if it's because the leak guards are too short and/or if moisture is seeping through the backsheet. I would say these are about equivalent to the Abena M4/L4 in performance. The thickness is similar but the TrustPlus has a larger cut and a wider core. The tapes and wings on the TrustPlus are surprisingly strong, usually that is a common flaw in cloth-backed briefs. I would order these again only if I was in immediate need for products when my inventory is low and my normal products were unavailable.

These are awesome they almost never leak and I wear them to bed the tabs are ok but I put them on sitting in my wheelchair they can be repositioned easily I use inserts but I have used them plain and they still didn’t leak I got a size bigger than I usually get otherwise they fit as stated I was worried about the material on my sensitive skin but I haven’t had any issues I tried several other brands and I think these are the best I would recommend them

Happy with these, I only experienced one issue and it wasn’t a huge problem, some of the fastening were a bit off. Sorted though with extra tape if wouldn’t hold.

They can absorb 3-4 full bladders with ease! They’re so comfy and convenient you don’t even need a toilet anymore! Great fit, super soft, crazy absorbent. Feels dry even after two big pees.
