Got to use it once to jack up my mower but didn't survive Beyond the 42 inch deck riding mower…UPDATE: Well, they’re definitely looking out for you because they reached out to me before I even reached out to them and have them swapped out a new one on my front porch two days later. that definitely a first and trust me I’ve spent thousands on this platform. Definitely Stand up outfit for sure. Definitely going to see if they carry what I need first in the future before I check the rest of the platform.

Worked great like once to do a brake job went to use it again it started to tilt and the bottom support bent so cannot use loved it at first I'm 68 years old just what I need I'll have to try and find another one the automobile was small not heavy at all seems like there's some kind of a defect in the material that's made out of because mine did the same thing it tilted and as it started to drop I mean I was letting it down so it wouldn't car wouldn't fall all the way but there's a flaw in it now I can't use the damn thing I've had it for almost a year and I've tried to use it twice and that was it it's over with I loved it thought it was going to be a great item but they need to stand behind their material their workmanship it's all I got to say safety hazard

I got this because the OEM jack that came with my wife's Nissan Murano sucks. The OEM jack is very flimsy and barely raised the car high enough to get the 20" (optional) tires off. I've only had to use this once, when replacing the rear brakes pads, but it's very stable and raised the car with ease. It comes with two different length adapters that screw into the top of the jack. So depending on the height/ground clearance of your vehicle, you can use the shorter one or the longer one. With the 20" wheels on the Murano I used the longer one. The power cord plugs into the 12V auxiliary port and with passing it through the front windows, was plenty long enough to reach the back tires. There's also an adapter that allows you to clamp directly to the battery. So far it's worked great and I'm very pleased with it. It will definitely be in the car the next road trip we take.

This works okay.It pushes the car up slowly you really don't need it to be fast.for to work and it does work. It does lift up the car fairly easy and attaches to the lighter port or the battery of the car, and they both work pretty well, which I kind of find kind of useful for other things in the future, that's another thing The only really bad thing is the plastic cover for the motor is cheap and it will break and it will come off the easiest solution I found is just duct tape it together and it does start working. Once that plastic breaks, either replace it with a new unit or get something made for it. Overall I just found duct tape works very well and is way better and cheaper than all the other alternatives. Also like it still works once you push it back together, which is weird overall. That's the only issue. Maybe just at the beginning when you get it, put duct tape over to hold it together and you'll be fine after that. Besides that it works. It didn't work at all when the plastic broke and the gear started coming off. So once you push it back together it works just fine.

This sturdily built beauty should last a lifetime. It is easy and fast to use and made a fantastic addition to my garage. It is a bit heavy to carry around with me on trips but as a garage tool it can’t be beat. Time will tell if my assessment is complete and if not I will write an additional review.

the jack broke immediately when I tried to use it for the first time, it started to raise and just stopped before it touched the car. After that it would not move at all. There was a light, jack was making some electronic clicking sounds but that was all I have contacted seller and two days later I got a replacement, this one works perfectly!

The jack itself was good quality but we bought two and one was missing both the SUV head and the Van Head. It doesn't appear they do just replacement parts and my husband didn't want to return the whole thing ... UPDATE...my husband changed his mind and is returning the whole jack for a new one. Hopefully this will have all the parts as it is nice quality otherwise

Still have yet to try it out, but was very happy with it and easy to use and setup! Plugs right into your ciggaret port or have the option to connect to a battery if needed. Came with a small breaker bar and 19,21mm sockets. Has the shoe for cars and taller one for small trucks and suvs. Will lift more than the weight of my small truck, so it’s perfect. Will Definetly carry incase someone needs to get back on road sooner and not break there back with a scissor lift jack. Highly recommend and came in a nice case to store everything. Great value for your money, very functional and sturdy to get the job done.

It was able to jack up a Ford fusion (2 tons) without any issues. Comes in a box easy to store in the trunk. It also comes with a lug remover wrench and, a 17/19mm and 21/22mm socket, which was pretty useful. The only negative I'd say is...you can't plug it into a regular electrical outlet. So I had to buy an additional 12v adapter that is cigarette lighter compatible, hence the 4 stars ⭐ or else I would have given a 5 stars.

This item is not able to lift a small SUV, definitely not a 3 ton jack. I bought this item previously, for my dad. It had lots of power, enough that it bent. This is half the price but useless, and dangerous!

When you're replacing suspension parts, this jack really comes in handy when precision lifting is needed to get those pesky bolts to align with the holes! It does need to be well balanced to avoid it tilting slightly sideways when used for the above purpose. Keep an eye on it as it lifts. When used to lift the car, it's sturdy. It had no problems picking up my mid-sized car. I was impressed.
