I find this to be the most effective energy booster I have used. There is no immediate surge or noticeable rise but I feel fueled and able to push for the entire workout. I miss these on the rare days I forget to bring them with me. I don’t care about taste, but these are so easy and fast to consume the flavor isn’t that noticeable. It certainly doesn’t taste bad, but some might say it is something to get used to. I find them easy and fast which is perfect for me.

I absolutely love these over your typical pre-workout, because your typical pre-workout you have to use at least 8-12 ounces of water and all that liquid in my stomach swashing around is not a very comfortable feeling. I also tend to have to use the bathroom multiple times when drinking a pre-workout, with this little shot it really does help me out a lot! The value is pretty good, and it is very effective, so I would definitely recommend. However, the taste is very bitter and I would say it is not very good at all, however, I suck it up and drink it anyways just because it’s a great product. The taste is the only reason I took off one star.

Expensive but I like them. Funny side effect is the bottom of my feet are baby smooth now. I know its the frog fuel because I quit using it for several months and my feet went back to dry and flaking and I started again recently and they are back to being smooth and soft. Weird but OK I dig it. Easy to up the protein intake and I love the taste.

Great product with no jitters are shakes for pre workout

My go to for gym day. Throw one of these in my gym bag and roll. Simply tear and squeeze for protein and energy boost. Taste good and not a strange texture which is nice.
