Very comfy but admittedly they do go much flatter after a few months but honestly I haven't found a pillow that doesn't do that. Still very nice and good quality though.

I have been buying these Silentnight Airmax pillows for some time and, as with all my bedding, I buy new every 18 months or so (that is a personal choice, nothing to do with quality). However, when I came to order more pillows, the medium quality that I prefer were out of stock and so I bought a pair of these firm pillows. They are firm and will take some time to "flatten" but are just as comfortable as the medium after a few weeks of using them. They are said to be both breathable and cooling - this only applies if you use a thin pillow case (or none at all) since these features are blocked when using a pillow protector before a pillow case. Perfect quality as always from Silentnight and I will continue to buy Airmax pillows in the future.

I was expecting this to be firmer with It being the super support, it's still very soft, but it props me up just right so I don’t feel all scrunchy, and it makes bedtime feel like I’m lying on a giant marshmallow, but because it's not firm, I still need to use an additional pillow under it for some height. At first I thought I had made a mistake and it was just another soft pillow, but as soon as I plopped my head down it went fwump like ‘come here, I hold you.’ It’s all cool ’n breezy inside, like a lil air hug, and it keeps my head all comfy. It's just the perfect thickness to fit inside my padded stitch pillowcase, so for me it both looks and feels snuggly, and the filling feels nice, I hate memory foam as it's all hard so I'm happy with it.

Like all pillows, they are great to begin with. Super comfy, soft, luxurious... but after 2-3 months they become flat, and no amount of plumping will restore that. The memory foam centre is all that is really stopping it from becoming completely flat. The surrounding filling is letting it down from being a great product. The positives are it helped with my neck pain. I tried all sorts of weird and wonderful orphopaedic pillows and this was the only one that worked for me. The pillow stays cool throughout the night. Breathes well with vented sides, so no smell build up.

I bought myself this pillow as I like supportive ones for my neck. I bought my husband a cheap one at the same time because he likes flat crap pillows. Funny enough he has ended up keeping this one because it's flat, extremely flimsy and a whisper of wadding inside it. "Foam core" is the same width as a piece of paper. I'm actually shocked at how bad this pillow is for the price. The cheap one I ordered for £5 is much more supportive. Might be ok if your head weighs no more then a pea or you're used to flat 10 year old pillows.
