Can I buy extra rubber pads for the snap caps?

I haven't looked for extra rubber pads so I honestly don't know. However, extra pads are included. I've used them quite a bit and they're still in good condition. Haven't used the replacements yet. I hope this helps.

Does it as advertised? these snap cap's weight close to the real bullets and simulate the weight of the real loading gun?

A fully loaded magazine is close enough to mimic the full weight, yes.

do they make a 9 shot 22 magnum revolver speed loadr

Suggest you contact the company and ask them. I found they are very accommodating.

Can you use real primers to create more realistic effect?

As in creating recoil? No. They are one whole piece and the hole on the back end only accepts the rubber pads meant to reduce wear on your firing pin.
