Got this for a birthday present but had no cause to use it before yesterday . Extremely hot and maybe a bit unstable but does the job. Switched on this morning and it is no longer working the lights are on but no steam. I am now passed the return date.

Small but mighty!! It has a really nice timer and heats the towels quickly and efficiently. I was shocked how hot they were! It looks a little cheap imo but it gets the job done very well!

First of all late delivery by 6-7 days, secondly pathetic make quality. Within few days the plastic puffed up and the machine breaks down. Not it’s not working sheer waste of money.
