My Daughter is a college student and this drink helps her wake up and concentrate better than any other shakes on the market. Also helps when she works out.

Like the flavor, the added maple add just enough to give it a special taste. Low in calories too.

Good protein but bad taste
These have me the protein boost I was looking for but unfortunately they tasted like 2 month old milk mixed with mouthwash. Maybe others liked the flavor but it just wasn’t for me. I found myself having to hold my nose and just chug them down otherwise I would never have finished them.

Total waste - can't open
What's the point of a 15 minute struggle to get this thing to open? I ended up tossing it unopened.Is it possible to have some more user friendly packaging?

NOT ACCEPTABLE PACKAGING WASTEFUL
The shakes are great, but I didn't realize you can't recycle the can without peeling off the label. It's very irresponsible and I will not be buying any more of these.

One of two flavors I ordered. I took one sip and was disgusted. First tastes like watery cheap vanilla ice cream and then the maple flavor finally shows up and just sits in your mouth until you’re forced to rinse out your mouth or brush your teeth.
