Honeywell Home CT30A1005 Standard Manual Economy Thermostat, Almond, 0.6

It’s a very basic thermostat. It works as expected. I wish it had a thermometer on it but it does not indicate that it has one. I was very easy to install.

Very nice and simple replacement for my camper's thermostat. 2 wires to attach and there you go. Functions exactly as I expected.

WORKED GOOD AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH MY QUADRAFIRE PELLET STOVE, WOULD BUY AGAIN BUT I WENT WITH A NON PROGRAMABLE DIGITAL STYLE THERMOSTAT FOR THE PELLET STOVE. I'LL HANG ONTO IT AS A SPARE IF I EVER NEED IT AGAIN.

Perfect replacement match. I should have replaced my old one a long time ago. This one works perfectly. Recommend it 100%.

As described. as pictured Just what i needed to replace an old switch. fast delivery , and fixed my gas stove. was a straight forward installation. Works like it should.

Utter garbage, replaced an ancient thermostat with this one, and despite having it wire and rewired professionally it keeps the boiler on forever, it can be set to 40 F, and get over 100 F in the house and it never stops calling for heat.

Off is not off. This is a simple mechanical thermostat which means that a coiled spring shrinks and grows depending on the ambient temperature. It should work fine on many applications, however if you are using it something like a cabin, or in my case, an auto show you should know that even with the thermostat manual temperature control slid completely over to the left, the thermostat will activate your furnace at temperatures around 40 degrees. This might be a good feature if you use it to keep water pipes from freezing or that kind of goal, but if you truly want the furnace off, and you expect temperatures in the low 40’s F You will need to disconnect the wires or it will activate the furnace. This could result in some surprising energy bills.

I have many of them installed in my house to regulate the heat in each room that's supplied by my outdoor wood furnace. This is a RELIABLE, SIMPLE, NON-EXPENSIVE device that all the big box store no longer stock.

Works great easy to install, very relialable. I used this theromastat to replace the wireless one that came with my gas fireplace. No more issues with leaky batteries and replacement costs.
