I purchased this for a friend as he did not have an amazon account. Unfortunately when it arrived it had a broken nozzle. We contacted the company and they send a new one immediately. Then when it was finally ready to be turned on, it did not work. We were very worried as living in the caribbean we cannot return products (the shipping costs more than the products), and the date for return had passed. We called the company and explained everything. To our shock, they apologized and said they would send another one out immediately. They continued to apologize for everything we went through. This company absolutely stands behind their product. They were excellent to work with. As for the washer itself. It has been amazing. Our friend owns a bar and he spent 6 hours pressure washing the walls and floors. The machine worked exceptionally. It had the perfect pressure and was easy to handle. We absolutely would recommend this product. The company is excellent to work with if there are problems. That in itself is worth buying their products. Definitely a great product.

This thing is an absolute piece of junk. I have had this for three months and it is underpowered and cheaply built. The last time I used it I thought the pump was going to burn up before it finally unfreeze. The frame is built of flimsy plastic and you can just tell that it's going to break in short order. The foot pedal is a total joke and failed on the second use. The trigger mechanism is poorly constructed. I was using it over the weekend and after a few minutes in the sun the plastic was so soft it wouldn't operate the valve. I literally had to hose it down for a couple minutes before it would work. Finally the pump will freeze up during operation and the motor keeps trying to run and eventually trips the gfi . Do not buy this gsrbage, you'd be better off with a bucket and a scrub brush!

Even though I've only used this product one time just to set up of it is beautiful there were some complaints about it leaking at the water Inlet but it's just a matter of tightening the inlet up beautiful I had the Ryobi 2300 pressure washer for about 5 years worked great but the convenience of this one the way that the on-board equipment it's just beautiful for Homeowner and as long as it holds up I'm very satisfied and we're recommend this to any homeowner that it does medium duty work it's not the commercial grade but beautiful for around the home

I purchased this to replace my 2800psi gas powered pressure washer. While this only put out 2300 psi it’s still powerful enough for my application. I basically just use it for the concrete driveway and sidewalks. I have a 15” surface cleaner with wheels and a turbo nozzle that I kept from my old gas washer. While the 2300psi isn’t enough to levitate the stainless steel surface cleaner it seems to do an adequate job. This machine comes with three spray nozzles and a turbo nozzle. The turbo doesn’t have a wide of a concentric spray pattern as my old one but I found it to be sufficient enough for cleaning the edges of the driveway before using the surface cleaner. It was very easy to assemble and no tools were needed other than a wrench to tighten hose fitting. It comes with a 35ft GFCI protected cord and a 25ft kink resistant hose. I was hoping that the hose would have a fitting on both ends because I wanted to use my after market 50 ft hose but one end is connected internally to the machine. The hose stores nicely on the hose reel that’s built into the handle. There also a cord keeper built into the handle that has pivoting arms that allow for removal of the cord without unwrapping it. The motor has an automatic cutoff mechanism that kills the motor as soon as you release the handle grip on the wand. There’s also a foot operated on off switch. All and all this is an excellent machine for residential use. The handle and all external parts are made of plastic so won’t take a lot of abuse but for a homeowner using it occasionally around the house I think it’s worth the money. And no more stale gas sitting around the garage🙂.

They chose a European sounding name for this to feign good product quality but don't be fooled by that. This item is on the list of the top 5 worst-quality items I have ever encountered. Every single thing about it is grossly cheap. You will see that as soon as you unpack. In terms of performance it really does not perform much better than a regular garden hose with a fine nozzle sprayer. Don't be fooled by the specs they state. I previously owned a gas pressure washer with specs similar to this one and this is 10X weaker than my old one. I have no idea where these impressive sounding specs came from. Within the first 15 minutes of use the intake line came disconnected from one of the soap tanks because it is barely attached. After that I could never get the soap intakes to work again. As another reviewer states, the coupler to connect the hose to the unit is so cheap and flimsy plastic with a swivel joint that one can barely at any tightness get it to stop leaking full force. I returned this after 1 use. It is that bad.

This is a solid pressure washer overall. It has plenty of power for cleaning driveways, decks, and even siding, and the four quick-connect nozzles make it pretty versatile. Setup was straightforward, and the build feels decent for the price. That said, the hose can be a little stiff and awkward to manage, and the wand holder isn’t the most secure. It’s not a pro-level unit, but for home use, it gets the job done without much fuss. Good value if you just need a reliable washer for around-the-house tasks.

So far so good. I appreciate that I don't need to worry about adding gas, changing spark plugs and cleaning a carburetor with this thing. Honestly, that is why I bought this. I have a gas powered pressure washer and it's fine. But having to clean the carb this year was a hassle that I didn't want to deal with. So, I purchased this one to see if there was a difference. I've used it three times already to wash some patio furniture and clean my cars. It works flawlessly. I like that I don't have to pull a cord to get it started. Just plug it in and step on the pedal. Very easy to use and it's incredibly quiet during operation as well. Like I said, so far so good. We'll see how long it lasts, which is my only real concern.

This was a disappointment. For the price I expected better results. It was under powered, bulky, and just an overall letdown. Anything more than cleaning some lawn furniture or washing a small vehicle, You’d be better served buying a better power washer. I bought a smaller 2,500 to 5,000 psi pressure washer with longer water hose tat ran circles around this model… and it only cost $150.

La verdad no me ha llegado pero por la esperiencia de la marca no tengo queja de calidad, tengo una que compre hace muchos años en Costco y lo único se daña el automático y una conexión de plástico que lleva abajo es una que salió que se guarda todo en el mismo mueble 1800 psi

Writing this review after 4 month of use. As suspected the parts are cheap, the trigger stopped working and Karcher won’t replace it under warranty. Parts are only warranted 90 days which is very disappointing. Overall good machine, but the built quality is disappointing if you’ve owned older Karcher machines. The parts appeared to be made in cheap plastic. The pressure is adequate and will get the job done depending on the nozzle used. The cable is anti kink but has a strong tendency to reel or to “spring back”. I will keep it but if I had to do it again I won’t buy it.
