With this information you call the freight company to make arrangements for the pickup or delivery. Shipping time is usually between 2-5 days from date of your order. The trucking company it is possible that they will ask you to pick up the order from your local terminal.

StunningStunning and great service
I was hesitant because of the cost, but it was so worth it. This is beautiful. I opened the box with my contractor standing beside me and we almost fell over in shock, as it is breath taking. Pictures do not do it justice. The shipment was faster than expected and the customer service was excellent. The packing was great and no chips, cracks or blemishes. Can't wait to get it up on the bathroom wall.

Beautiful tile!
We absolutely love this tile! It was well packaged, arrived in great shape, and in a quick timeline.Our bedroom looks fantastic with such rich looking tile! We had found it for 2x the price in our town, so this was a great buy!

We ordered the tiles on the 1st. they arrived in perfect condition 8 days later, the packaging was amazing, not one broken tile I would recommend this company anytime.

ORACLE TILE & STONE selling defective onyx tiles - be aware
Look at the pics of the product I received from ORACLE TILE & STONE - Amazon Marketplace. It's a very nice onyx stone which is impossible to install in the original condition. The only reason is - the ORACLE TILE & STONE - Amazon Marketplace sold me defective product. All onyx tiles do not have properly glued plastic mesh on the back side of the tile. You can see I was able to remove the plastic mesh that should be like stone from the backside of the tile by two fingers. If you cut the tile by using wet saw this mesh will just slide from the stone. And ORACLE TILE & STONE - Amazon Marketplace calls that onyx tile a TOP QUALITY. I think quality for ORACLE TILE & STONE - Amazon Marketplace is something different as for normal people. ORACLE TILE & STONE somehow bought a defective onyx tiles and instead to return it to manufacturer the ORACLE TILE & STONE decided to sell it via Amazon Marketplace. And Amazon, instead to punish the ORACLE TILE & STONE for it just close the eyes on the problem and support them in their `business'.
