I waited quite some time after purchasing to write this review in hopes that magically this thing would improve. It has not. Literally the worst piece of house cleaning equipment I have ever purchased! The wet mop part does not work! I fill the chamber exactly as directed, pull the trigger and … nothing! The suction in the dry vac part is so weak I have to go back over areas multiple times just to pick anything up but then … the debris will likely spit back out again! I empty the collection chamber, make sure there are no blockages and STILL get very little suction regardless of setting. The clearance is so low that it usually scrapes over debris moving it in front of the vacuum. Save yourself and pass on this one - I’m stuck with it! Gave one star because zero stars is not an option.

I purchased this machine because of the hype I see on Tic Tok. I am absolutely ecstatic about it, I rave to everyone about it and had 2 family members purchase also. I absolutely love how easy and how clean it leaves my floors. I have Luxury Vinyl flooring all over the house and it's very gentle on my floors. I haven't used a mop and bucket since I made this purchase. I highly recommend this dry vacuum mop. I have 0 regrets, although I wish the battery lasted more than 30 minutes but all brands last about the same some even less time. I know you can purchase an extra battery to get an extra 30 mins and you can't do that with the Tineco. Also I love how I can add my favorite floor cleaner. You won't regret this purchase. BUY IT! :)

I bought this Feb 23rd. It was defective and never sucked the water back. Attempting yo return this has been an absolute NIGHTMARE the handle will not come back off to put it in the box and there isn't a box large enough to fit the assembled item without costing a small fortune. Amazon refuses to assist in the return, UPS refuses to assist, and the Manufacturer refers me back to Amazon for return/refund. Amazon customer service is a joke and this vacuum is a nightmare! Worst thing I have ever purchased!!

I wanted to love this. I thought I would use it for daily use because with young kids I usually vacuum my kitchen floors every day. I quickly realized it wouldn't work well for that. There is no separate container for crumbs or hair so if I pick up large crumbs or hair it's going to go in the dirty water tank and I don't want to dump that down the drain. So I vacuum first and then use this just to mop. Overall, I like this so far. The biggest drawback is that the water tanks are very small. I have an average size kitchen and had to fill/empty them 3 times to do the whole kitchen. It leaves the floors really wet which doens't bother me but you definitely won't be able to walk on them right away.

I’ve had my Whale for a while and now the spout/gasket for the clean water has broken and I can’t find a replacement for it anywhere on Amazon. Disappointing to know it’s going to be useless after spending hundreds on it

I bought this machine Feb 2023, I left for deployment and my wife used the machine for 1 month when issues started. The machine didn’t spray anymore, the suction on the machine didn’t do its job and the canisters keep falling off. I contacted Amazon customer service and got transferred multiple times and after 2 hours they stated there isn’t anything they can do because I have reported this issue after the return date. I explained that I just got back from deployment and now is when I had to resolve the issue. The lady showed no remorse and cut me off the phone. I wish there is something that can be done about this. Never again. Wish I could do zero stars.

Sweeper stopped before I was finished cleaning. Had to stop and recharge two different times.

I have purchased two of these. The first one stopped spraying the mopping solution after 5 months. I followed all of the manufacturers recommendations to fix the issue to no avail. I tried contacting the company three different ways and even asked Amazon to contact them. No response and no answer of the phone ever. Luckily, Amazon agreed to pay me back for the item even though it was after the 90 day return window, and although I bought it on sale so I had to spend more to get a new one if I wanted to.I decided that surely that was just a one time issue with the product as it worked wonderfully up until then. So, I purchased another one. It worked great for a total of 30 months right after the return window and had the same issue. I have tried every way I can think of to contact the company, even through their Facebook page but I never receive a response. DONT BUY from this company! They obviously don’t back their products!
