I love love love this! It doesn't take long to heat up and I love that it's metal and not all glass. You just push the lever down and it pops up when ready. It does come with an extra filter that the spout. I haven't had any issues with it leaking.

I bought this tea kettle for my husband. He loves the look it’s sturdy and reliable. The price was right. It takes about as much time as most other pots to boil water ~5 to 7 minutes, if it is filled all the way. Does not have a keep warm button, but the water stays pretty hot for quite a while.

I didn't need it. I bought it because I loved the look. It takes about 5 minutes to boil a full pot of water. It doesn't have a keep warm feature but the water stays hot for quite a while after shutting off. I love that the top comes off for easier filling and cleaning. My other water kettle the top just flipped up part way and it was difficult to fill and impossible to clean. It has a window on the side of the pot so you can see how much water is in the pot. The knob to turn it on is large and you can't accidentally turn it in on when pouring. The handle is riveted on in an upright position. That's the only thing that I don't like. I would prefer that the handle fold down for easier filling and cleaning but it's not a deal breaker for me. I bought the toaster too and would buy them both again. I'm thinking about getting the matching coffee maker but maybe that's to matchy matchy?

Love the color, style and quality. My only complaint is that the handle gets too hot and will burn your hand. I have a small silicone pot holder in the same color that I use with it.

We had a Hagen teapot in our AirBNB in Ireland. Happy to have one in my home now too. Best purchase for my morning tea routine quick to boil, perfect capacity, durable, and worth the price. Pretty too looks great on my counter. I bought the white one. Highly recommend if you are a tea lover like me.

So, I love the look of this kettle - still do! When I tried to use it the first time, I noticed the ON/OFF switch was very loose and didn't really lock into place. However, if I pressed it in a bit, it would finally catch on something and engage the kettle to warm. This morning, it would no longer engage and I tried everything I could to get it to come on, but it would not. It's SO disappointing to pay $70+ for something like this and not even get two months of use out of it. I barely use it once a day. Quality is so important and there are tons of less expensive kettles that would probably surpass this one. When I reached out to the company to replace it (it has a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer) they basically said I have to take it up with Amazon; however I am out of Amazon's 30 day return period. Luckily, Amazon was willing to take it back and refund the amount. Keep scrolling and choose quality over style!

I like this tea kettle, it is beautiful and sturdy. It performs well, I use it several times a day to make my tea and boil water for cooking. It is easy to use and the weight clearly displays the quality. It is easy to clean and it is electric and has an auto shut off. The price was a bit on the higher side but it was still worth the buy. It is not noisy when it is boiling. I really recommend.

Love my kettle, it works perfectly and it's beautiful. Like other reviews I am upset that a few parts are silver plastic. For the amount of money you spend all parts should be metal, period! That said I am still happy with it as it matches my kitchen decor very nicely. The matching toaster has plastic parts too and the colour is off in my opinion. I try not to be too picky in life so overall I'm happy with both.

I bought this kettle for its looks to be honest. It’s gorgeous and I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality overall. It’s been 18 months of near daily use and it’s still holding up perfectly. It is a bit noisy as the water is boiling, but I would say it’s not any noisier than previous electric kettles we’ve owned. Definitely would recommend this!

Although it looks nice it’s a terrible kettle. Hard to fill, lid gets hot and feels like it burns you when pouring. Apart from looks this is an awful kettle. Lid is also peeling off and gets dirty and it won’t come clean for no reason except a poor quality design choice of material.

I got the Heritage Black and Copper kettle yesterday. I like the look of it and it boils quickly. The only downfall for me is that the outside of the kettle gets extremely hot. It is obviously not double walled and I am a bit concerned that my kids will touch it and get hurt.
