Worked well! This and resistors makes my DIY motion HC-SR501 to work on higher voltage or my GL5516 photocell. I could buy a 100 for almost the same price but 20 is more than enough for what I need.

These transistors are lasting a little longer than those of my previous but feel that the problem is my not leaving enough of a safety margin to operate reliably.

These are excellent transistors for repair work and tinkering. These transistors are on the smaller side, but are still very work able. They are consistent in terms of tolerance, and they are small enough I can make a TTL ALU within a 2in².The legs on these transistors bend easy, but that's neither just a positive or a negative. It's great for surface mount through hole soldering, but there is a chance to bend the leads when putting them into a bread board for prototyping.

In the picture they show 10 BC547 transistors but for the price and shipping you only get one.. I wished I would of ordered elsewhere for the total price I paid.
