It measures your Body Weight (kg), BMI, Muscle Rate (%), Fat-free Body Weight (kg), Body Fat (%) [Visceral Fat % & Subcutaneous Fat %], Body Water (%), Skeletal Muscle (%), Muscle Mass (kg), Bone Mass (kg), Protein (%), BMR (kcal), Body age (years). Using this scale gives you an idea of your current fitness status, but do not rely on all the values to be accurate. The reason why I'm pointing out the inaccuracies of some values, is because when I measured my body weight in the morning, it showed a certain value of body fat % and body water %. After a few hours, post-workout (strength training), when I had lots of water during my workout, I measured my body weight again and it showed a rise in BODY FAT % (Visceral + Subcutaneous) and barely any difference in BODY WATER % even though, I knew that the water weight would have been much higher at that point. Rest all the values were credible. Overall, it's a very good product, but don't rely on it blindly for all the values to be accurate throughout the day. P.S. If you want the most accurate values, just measure your weight once (while it's connected to Bluetooth on the app "Fitdays" [athlete mode for more information]), post-emptying your bladder & bowels in the morning.
