Good replacement but have had 2 failed in 3 months

Packing sucks but they are advance brand ballasts!
These appear to be the same ballasts I pay about $4 more each for. I had to give them a shot. So if you take your time and don't mind untangling them. You save a few bucks. But to be fair, the individually wrapped ones have their own issues with extra trash for the wrappers. These are the advance brand and that's what I buy at the supply houses so I expect them to work fine. If they have any issues at install time I'll update the review. Where these would be perfect is if you are doing quite a few a one time. Then once you have the wires straitened out, it's just a matter of paying attention when pulling them out. It took about 20 minutes to unpack and loosely wrap them individually so once we're on the job we can grab and go.

It's A Ballast
I chose this product because it was a replacement for some failed ballasts in my garage. I have a large garage, and several banks of flourescents to keep it lit. I made the mistake of buying some used (but excellent appearing) lights, but in the short time of about 4 years, the ballasts started to fail. So, I ordered a 10-pack and replaced them. The space is once again super bright, making it easy to work in the garage in the evenings, or on rainy days.
