Perfect Sauce
I used to prepared my own char siu sauce. So this sauce is a game changer. The portion size is perfect in preparing char siu ribs and roasted char siu (for ramen, stir fry, etc.) The sweetness and spice is just right. Just that you need to marinate the meat at least 48 hours. Otherwise, it will be a pantry staple -- no more laboring with grinding spices and shopping for fermented bean curd.

I bought one before, this is the second time I buy it. But the taste seems to have been changed, not like the original one. Do not know whether it is a fake product.
