Bar Soap Raw Shea Butter 5 Oz By Nubian Heritage

I used this brand for over 10 years and had never tried their bar soap until now. If I had known the bar soap would be this good, I would never have used the liquid version for so long. I started using it back when you could only find it at Sprouts! Lol. Anyway, their liquid shower gel and lotions are awesome, moisturizing, smell good, and perform well. I totally recommend the brand as a whole honestly. But for me, the cost eventually got too high, and they never had the vetiver one I liked in stock so I stopped buying it.But! This is much better and more cost-effective. You get a 5-ounce bar, which at two showers a day for a month is a steal at roughly six bucks and you still have a little left at the end of that month lol. That's a deal in my book! So I've been using these bars for two months so far with no plan to stop 🙃Best parts of this soap: The goat milk is incredibly softening, and it lathers beautifully. Did I mention it smells amazing? I know this says chai but to me it smells like an expensive gender neutral perfume lol I feel fancy every time I use it. 😅 know within a week of using this soap, I noticed a shine on my skin that wasn't there before! I also noticed it didn't itch anymore, which often happens when I use shower gel without lotion afterward — super 😑 annoying especially if you have eczema as I do. But after using this soap my skin is softer and less irritated. The smell lasts around an hour or so, then doesn't linger much afterward that I can tell, but that doesn't bother me. Since I started using this bar, my skin has improved in texture, moisture, irritation, and shine ✨️. Keeping in mind that I use a Korean scrub glove so I'm not new to exfoliation or how dry it can make your skin. But with this soap, my skin isn't dry AT ALL. This soap is an awesome addition to my cleaning routine and body care routine.The cost is effective and fits my lifestyle without breaking the bank. I also find I don’t need to moisturize as much or as often as I used to. I would totally keep this bar in mind if you have sensitive skin, want to save money, and like to smell fancy lol 😆

The soap leaves your skin feeling clean and moisturized. It has a nice, mild scent that doesn’t linger. Can’t find anything to complain about, including the price. AND, it gets an excellent rating on YUKA.

I don't know what I was fully expecting with this soap, but I believe it's fulfilled my expectations. I've been using this soap for a little over two weeks now, and I can honestly say I notice such a difference in my skin. The texture of my skin is now smoother in many areas in which I had dryness (parts of my legs, my feet, parts of my arms, a dry area on my back), and even after rinsing, I can feel the moisturizing nature of this soap. Now, considering another reviewer had said that this soap left their skin a bit dried out, I figured I should expect that, which wasn't a huge deal because I have used plenty of drying soaps before, such as Nubian Heritage's own Lemongrass and Tea Tree oil soap. That's a super drying soap right there. But I don't find that drying property to be true for this Indian Hemp soap.The smell is fantastic. It's a light, airy scent. Very fresh and clean. A tiny bit on the floral side, not much. And as much as I would honestly love for the scent to linger on and on, it really doesn't. So if you're not fond of lingering soap scents, this is good. Once I'm done my shower and dry off, it's not as strong anymore. The soap itself has little scrubbies in it. I use a wash cloth, so I don't really notice them, but if you're using this bar directly, you'll definitely feel them. It doesn't have a super rich lather, but I will say that the lather it does create lasts until I rinse out my rag.Overall, I'd recommend this soap. It's been such a treat to my skin, and I'm so glad I spent the few bucks (not the 6-something it sells for now) on this. It's also helped out tremendously with various bug bites on my legs and arms. I suppose I can credit that to the anti-inflammatory property. It's left my skin much softer and smoother, and I'm pleased with the results of using this.

This bar has been my 'go to' face washing bar for a couple years. It doesn't dry me out and it is not overly scented. The ingredients are pure and friendly to my skin. I use it in my shower too now!

I love this soap. It smells nice but is not overpowering and leaves skin fairly smooth.

I just finished this bar of soap yesterday after purchasing it almost 3 months ago. It lasted so long because I would cut it into pieces instead of using it whole everyday. (And I wash my face a lot). I really liked this soap. My skin is acne prone and oily (t-zone especially) and I found that this soap worked great with the chemistry of my skin. I used it every morning and night to remove makeup. I did have to wash my face more than once to get every bit of makeup completely off, but to me it was so worth it because it left my face feeling soft and didn't dry out my skin. I did notice that at first my skin felt just a tiny tiny bit dry but very quickly with continued use my skin adjusted to it and felt just right...I didn't need to use any moisturizer at night, only a tinted spf moisturizer in the mornings. It didn't completely abolish my acne I still breakout a bit (hormonal acne) but I definitely felt it didnt irritate or cause any more acne. Overall, a great smelling and wonderful natural soap. I went out to repurchase it today but my local vitamin shoppe didn't have it, but they do carry other nubian heritage soaps so I bought a couple different ones. Hopefully I'll like those as much as this one :-)

フランキンセンスの気高い香りが、我が家のバスルームをグレードアップ。加齢臭を気にしだした、旦那がメイン使いですが本人からも再購入のリクエスト受けました。サイズも大きく、溶け出しが少ないので他のサボンにある使用中にドロドロになるという悩みもありません。洗いあがりの肌もツルツルで、12月の現在ではボディローションを使わずとも、かさつきありません。余談ですが、ハワイ旅行へ行った甥っ子に現地での購入を頼んだら販売店舗が改修中で買えず帰国してから、ネットで購入してお土産にしてくれました。価格も日本でのネット購入の方が安いとのことでした。（ホントかな？）

I first tried the african black soap from nubian heritage and i must say i was quite disappointed really.I have quite sensitive , combination blemish prone skin and i thought the black soap would put an end to my spots and blackheads while at the same time being gentle on my skin.unfortunately not..It brought my skin up in a bright red , tight, stinging , burning rash, that later left me with loads of bright red spots.Severe allergy!!So i was about to give up when i saw this soap on here, and thought, why not give this one a go it might be more gentle, might just be one of the ingredients int he soap not necessarily the brand thats bad.So i tried it, first day i iused it, skin was cleared felt amazingly soft not dry, not rash and just a massive improvement.Have loved it ever since!use it morning and night and after i dry my face and apply olive oil , let it soak in then whipe of gently with a muslin cloth.i moisturise after with pure shea butter, olive oil and coconut oil (which i made myself)now my skin is clear, perfect , moisturised and just great!i loooooooooove this soap. I hope it works foreverrr!!!!!!i now dont use any other body wash, i only ever use this soap, it leaves my skin clear and soft and its so gentle.the scent isnt very strong, cant really smell anything, but the results are so good i dont care about having no smell! hahagoing to buy more for my family to try.and also some other soaps from this brand to test out too :)
