Good for starters
Good for those wanting to get into smithing, for how light it is it can take hits, good small size, pretty durable, pretty light so as long as you secure it shouldn’t move. Overall worth the money works as intended

Great value anvil for blacksmithing
Perfect anvil for those who are looking to get into the metal arts without breaking the bank. The product comes in robust crate packaging. The painted finish is protective but best removed before use. The hardy hole is well placed and I didn't find any casting defects or rough edges. This is a functional anvil that won't break the budget.

Small but sturdy
Great anvil for small work like bladesmithing, may even prove itself for larger projects. I have made a dozen blades using this anvil so far, really beating on it with a decent size hammer. There are some imperfections and it needed some dressing before use but as long as you have a solid stump or log to mount it to it’ll be alright. Nice little anvil for the money with ok rebound. I would avoid striking the heel or horn too hard with the anvil only weighing 22lbs

Good for a rigorous pounding
It's long. It's hard. And it's perfect for a really good pounding. I mean, a really hard round of pounding is what it was made for. What a good looking anvil!

Product is fantastic.
Product is fantastic but ups was terrible. Sent something I didn’t even order the first time then was late on the replacement delivery.

Personally should have gotten a bigger anvil
It's can be a decent beginner anvil depending on what you use it for. Used mine for a few years now and made a bunch of knives and small tools on it. My anvil didn't come perfectly dead flat, which is a bit of a issue but can't expect to much from a anvil of this price. Another issue is the horn, personally would have liked it rounded more on the top. Also idk if it was just my anvil but it's on the softer side, the corners and face can dent if Im not careful with my hammer blows. Now this does work for making small hunting, bush and kitchen knives don't get me wrong BUT I find anything over 10 ish inches long is going to be a struggle unless you know what you're doing and even then straightening can be difficult. Personally I would suggest just saving up for a bigger anvil if you plan on smithing knives and tools, if your doing jewelry or even have a kid who wants to try smithing then this might be a good anvil

Anvil
Excellent anvil for the price!

heavy solid anvil
105lbs on my scale, not as big or heavy as i thought it would be but perfect so far,i got a huge ratchet strap and a chain holding it down to a block of drift wood. if you really want a heavy anvil and have a chance to get a bigger one even 200lbs for similar money or a bit more i would say go for it though, this thing is solid but an averagely strong man can pick it up n move it around pretty easily.
