Works well on Inkjet
I like how well these work on our bakery items that are frozen for customer to finish at home. These stick well and the printing does not smear. First I tried them on an inkjet printer because I was skeptical that it could be water resistant simply by printing on a certain paper. It works so perfectly (the waterproofness of the printing) on an inkjet that I didn’t bother with making the extra steps it takes me to always print on the laser printer.I have found that they have about a 10% fail rate at coming out correctly on the printer though. It seems that no matter which printer I use, or which paper setting, about 1 out of every 10 pages is printed outside (mostly above) the precut lines because instead of a single piece of paper being grabbed by the printer wheels, a second one hitches a ride with it. (Important to note is that my printers aren’t cheap ones, and are workhorses that regularly churn out thousands of menus for 8 restaurants) I think I have this down to the weight, the slickness, and static electricity that is built up. I have learned that blowing into a stack of pages all around the edges can help separate the pages and mitigate the static. Bonus, it seems to entertain my cat because it makes fun humming and whistle noises while it do that. Haha.

The Real Deal
I don't write a lot of reviews. So please understand that I really mean it. I'm co-owner of a brewery and we were looking for an inexpensive solution to printing waterproof labels for our small batches of beer. Standard labels weren't holding up to coolers and condensation and I didn't want to be a new printer.Enter, Milcoast Waterproof Labels.These. Labels. Are. Waterproof.I put one on a can and soaked it for hours. No runs. No smears. No loss of adhesion. Our beer cans can now be stored safely in coolers! We print with an HP Envy 6055. A cheap inkjet. Regular ink. Standard settings. The only issue that we've come across, is misalignment / improper feeding. About 10% of the time, the printer doesn't align or it doesn't load the sheet correctly. This wastes a sheet here and there, but overall for the price and quality I haven't found any comparable labels. If you're considering these labels, then stop. But them. Now. 100% worth every penny.

They worked great for labeling my veggie seedlings
Good labels I used them to label my tomato and pepper seedlings in my green house. They always got wet during watering and never smeared or faded. Label template I found online was a bit off but other than that it’s a good product.

Sanitizable for use at school
These are great! Much cheaper than other name brand items and work just as well. Needed labels to put on kid supply boxes that could withstand sanitizing throughout the school year. So far they have been great. I also use this style label to attach names to our Home/School folders which are plastic. I’ve found this type of label is the only ones that will stick to the many different types of surfaces on plastic folders.

Does not peel or fade!
Great adhesion that does not peel off after Alabama weather extremes 20 - 100 degrees and laser print does not fade! I have bought several packs and think they are perfect to make plant labels that are used in our Turkey Creek Native Plant Nursery.

These labels are as claimed
As others have stated before, these labels are as claimed. Others have tested them in the shower to prove water resistance, I chose to print and immediately stick to a cup and submerge in water overnight. The stickers stick, the stickers don't tear easily, and, the stickers faded but little in the water. Ease of use at 4 stars as the Milcoast "template" needs to be tweaked a bit. The Avery like label has the same layout so should be able to use the Avery template for Milcoast labels
