Not quite perfect
I needed new clips for LED H7 and tried various types.Car is a GM base and so very common H7 fitting. The metal only versions were too soft and bent. These were a better made option but didn't fit well. I found I had to bend the wings down on them to get them to fit AND then I had to bend the wings on the headlight to wedge them in so they wouldn't fall out.Manipulation is needed to make them work, but work they will.

Fits perfectly with H7 bulb for VW Golf mk7
Bit fiddly trying to get the adapter in the narrow spaces in the car but I got there in the end.

Will not fit on Nissan Qashqai
If you have a Nissan Qashqai (J10) then this will not fit as the adaptor is not the correct one for this model even tho it’s stated in the description that it will fit on Nissan Qashqai
