Excellent value good the money! This Samsung remote control worked flawlessly right from the package. The only thing needed was batteries. I assumed I'd have to program it. Thankful and grateful to the distributor of this product that no programming was necessary! I host want to say WOW, I'M IMPRESSED. these remotes are designed for a smart tv and I have a dump one. But it still does what I want it to. I just had to learn where the buttons I want are. The only thing I miss is the favorite channel button. otherwise a great product I did not have to put in codes and mess with that. I put batteries in and it works grerat.

I am using the remote because we misplaced the original one. No programming needed. I can turn on the tv, change channels and even start the smart hub however the original remote had a series of button like "TOOL" to control the sound bar and external devices connected through HDMI-ARC, those buttons are not there. So it does help me but I will still need a replacement.

Works great for my Samsung tv. Great replacement. Works just like the old one. Only reason I bought the replacement was because I lost the original. The remote is made of a cheaper plastic, but still works the same as the old one. Good connectivity, no problems since using it.

The exact same remote that came with my Samsung Tizen! Now me and my husband have our own remote controls. You get two!! The remote functions the same and did not require programming! The colors on the buttons are bright and easy to press with no sticking! Shout out to the QC and QA Department! Y’all are awesome!

The shortcut buttons (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime) don't work with my tvs, BUT that was the least of my worries. The remote, itself, worked as soon as I inserted the batteries. The best part is, it's half the price of 1 replacement remote that you would buy at Walmart. Now I have an extra remote on my nightstand for all the nights that my bf falls asleep with the tv on and I don't have to go searching for where he placed it and wake him up in the process. Awesome deal! I have zero complaints!

Very useful, all buttons connect except voice which may be because the tv can only connect to one voice button (on main remote) at a time. This remote is smaller and much easier to hold and operate with all the essential functions and I particularly like the one touch shortcut buttons to Netflix, Prime, Disney and YouTube
