Virtual Desktop Doesnt need my monitor to be on anymore!
I got this for one purpose. I wanted to be able to turn off my monitor while using my Oculus Quest 2 in Virtual Desktop. Before if I was to turn off my screen I would be unable to do anything in VR. After about half hour of messing with resolutions I was able to create a custom resolution of 1920x1080p120hz for this dummy display. When my main screen is on it would be my normal 2560x1440p 165hz, when i shut it off the computer goes 1920x1080p 120hz and that's what I see in the VR headset. Even using an RTX 3090, if i try creating a 4k 120hz resolution my computer would crash and reboot. So far so good!

solves headless machine issues with teamviewer
we run headless linux machines with teamviewer. normally in order to get it to work and login to the full desktop - you need a monitor plugged in. this solves that and allows us to put the machines in closets and access them remotely. easy to use and works perfectly

It is a no brainer to use these for a remote computer!
First configure the computer with one or more psysical monitor screens, do all the things needed and then remove the DP cables, put these in the DP inputs. Then remote connect to the computer and make sure that everything works. Shut down the computer and move it to tha spot where it should reside, in my case in the server room, and then start it up. I needed to connect an USB mouse to be able to use it in the remote session (HP Remote Graphics Software). But then it works like a charm!

Works as it should!
We use these emulator dongles for remote developers and they work great with GoToMyPC. The dongles support a multitude of resolutions up to 4K. They're also very compact and inconspicuous. Highly recommend.

Great adapters at a low cost
These adapters work just fine. Allows me to run my server headless and still be able to access it remotely without the refresh rate and resolution being turned down.

Worked exactly as needed
TightVNC, and “Moonlight” with ‘nvidia experience’ both work great. VNC is slooooow at 4K.

It works, but this was a three pack and I only received 2. Not going to return them because they’re being used. Make sure you get what you pay for.

Arnaque!
La fréquence de rafraîchissement est limité à 30Hz en 2K. Cela ralenti aussi l'affichage sur l'écran principal (qui normalement supporte 144Hz en 2k). Produit inutilisable.
